Doors open strictly at 6:00 PM for welcome cocktails. Please note that our run of show begins on time, whether you arrive on time or not. To ensure you don't miss the welcome mixer, the Pre-Show Spotlight or the main film feature, we highly recommend arriving promptly at 6:00 PM.

There is no strict costume mandate, but this is a dress-up and look-good type of event — leave the sweats at home and bring your best style for Fright Night. Plus, we'll be hosting a high-stakes Costume Contest at the end of the night with prizes for the best dressed.

Depending on your chosen tier, your ticket covers entry to the private screening, welcome cocktails, the custom 5-course gourmet buffet dinner matched to the film, our Caribbean Creators Pre-Show Spotlight trailer, access to the closing Costume Contest, complimentary popcorn and movie snacks, and a complimentary drink or drinks depending on your ticket tier.

We accept PayPal, NCB bank transfer, CIBC bank transfer, and card payments via Eventbrite. You'll choose your payment method at checkout, and transfer details are shown on your confirmation page once your seats are reserved.

Because seating is strictly limited to ensure an intimate experience, tickets are final sale. However, they are transferable if you need to pass your spot to a friend just be sure to contact our team prior to arrival.

Our motto is "the show must go on." This event will be run strictly on schedule: 6:00 PM Doors Open, 6:30 PM Spotlight, 6:50 PM Dinner, 7:15 PM Film, followed by the Costume Contest.

Yes. You can note your menu requests at checkout, and confirmed guests receive a short guest form for dietary needs, drink preferences and accessibility requirements so our kitchen and bar can look after you on the night.
